Terms and Conditions

1. Pricing Structure:

  • The displayed cost is predicated on hiring a single, skilled virtual assistant.
  • Our assistants are competent individuals with pertinent degrees in their domains.
  • Virtual assistants with up to two years of experience can work within the announced cost range.
  • Employees with over two years of experience will be compensated at a higher rate than promised. We will provide a customized quote in such cases.
  • Assistants hired on a full-time basis should expect to work 40 hours a week at minimum.

2. Employees Qualifications:

  • ShyftTyme recruits highly skilled virtual assistants with relevant degrees for your needs.
  • Virtual assistants offered by ShyftTyme go through extensive screening and training in ShyftAcademy to ensure their competency.

3. Performance:

  • Our Virtual Assistants possess an exceptional level of English proficiency. (At least an 8 out of 10)
  • Delivering dependable and uniform service is something we are proud of. We closely monitor the dedication, attendance, and timeliness of our virtual assistants.

4. Training and Development:

  • ShyftTyme offers a rigorous mandatory 12 week training period to equip our virtual assistants with the specific skills required to meet your unique needs.
  • We are committed to their ongoing professional development to ensure they remain highly skilled and adaptable.

5. Client Responsibilities:

  • In order to guarantee effective communication, you must supply necessary communication tools like IP telephony, Skype, and WhatsApp numbers that are unique to each country. 
  • It is imperative that you provide the access to emails and any other software required for virtual assistants to fulfil their assigned responsibilities.

6. Technical Specifications:

  • Our virtual assistants are outfitted with dependable internet connections and backup power solutions to ensure ongoing services and flawless communication.

7. Security and Confidentiality Measures:

  • Information security and client confidentiality are top priorities for ShyftTyme. We have rigorous non-disclosure agreements in place for all of our virtual assistants to protect your private data.

8. Engagement Termination:

  • Our agreement allows for termination by either party with a minimum notice period, as outlined in the service contract. 
  • In the event of violating the terms of the agreement or unethical business practices, we reserve the right to end the contract.
  • If ShyftTyme terminates a contract because of unethical behavior, the client is required to pay the entire agreed-upon amount in full upfront, within the window of time given in the termination notice.
  • If you wish to terminate the contract before the first 60-day cooling-off period, there won’t be a reimbursement for any upfront costs.
  • For the remaining duration of the contract, at least half (50%) of the agreed retainer fee will be owed.

9. Dispute Resolution:

  • ShyftTyme prioritizes resolving any disputes amicably. If there’s a disagreement, we will work together to find a fair resolution that works for both of us.
  • In the event that negotiations are unsuccessful, arbitration will be used to resolve the dispute in accordance with the laws governing the service agreement.

10. Payment Terms:

  • To start the engagement process, a contractual fee of $99 must be paid.
  • The service agreement specifies the timeframe within which monthly fees must be paid in advance.

11. Payment Criteria:

  • ShyftTyme will offer you the opportunity to choose from up to four talented candidates during the first round of recruitment.
  •  All retainer charges will be paid in US dollars. For the duration of the contract, both you and the virtual assistant will be contracted by ShyftTyme.

Additional Information

  • We will conduct monthly check-ins (outside the cooling-off period) to monitor progress and ensure satisfaction.
  • We can replace the employee at no additional cost for the 60-day cooling-off period after they are hired.
  • Before the hiring is finalized, there could be two virtual interviews.
    • The first interview focuses on compatibility between you and the candidate.
    • The second interview assesses the candidate’s skills and competencies.
  • Google Meets will be used for all of the interviews.
  • Once hired, there is a 60-day cooling-off period during which we can replace the employee at no additional charge.
